英文摘要	微型学习以移动终端为载体，与移动学习相比，具有短小、松散、实用、非正式性等特征。随着移动终端的飞速发展，学习的方式经历网络学习、移动学习到微型学习的发展。 企业员工是经济发展的中流砥柱，员工的发展影响着企业的进步，研究如何促进企业员工学习有助于企业的发展。另一方面，微型学习的微型性和非正式性符合企业员工的学习特点，调查企业员工微型学习很有必要。利用移动设备提高企业员工微型学习是本文的研究内容，也是本文的创新点。 调查发现由于微型学习的这种非正式、随机性、自发性和碎片化的学习特质，企业员工微型学习还存在很多问题，主要表现在：学习的自由度太大导致了松散的学习过程，丰富的数字化资源中往往迷失学习...; The carrier of Micro Learning is mobile terminal equipment, compared with the Mobile Learning, it has the characteristics of short, loose, practical, informal.
