| 英文摘要 | 在烟草行业网建的发展趋势下，福建烟草已建立了超过二十个独立的信息系统，涵盖了整个卷烟营销体系和企业管理的方方面面。但是，供应链上各信息系统整体集成和沟通程度不高，各信息系统互相独立运行，信息系统之间通常又有很多相互交叉，造成各信息系统中经常出现信息重复处理和更新不同步。 本项目就是在这一背景下，整合历年福建网建信息化建设成果，对所有业务系统进行业务流程梳理，构建其完整的应用框架体系，建立了一个基于Web技术的整合管理平台。项目以J2EE平台为基础，使用Flex来完成前端展示，Java进行后台业务逻辑处理，Oracle来进行数据持久化，主要使用Eclipse+FlashBuilder来进行项目...; In the trends of the network construction of the tobacco industry, Fujian Tobacco has built more than twenty independent information systems that cover the entire cigarette marketing system and business management aspects.
