| 英文摘要 | 随着能源的消耗，世界各个国家都在探索新能源的开发与利用，国家开始扶持这些新型的能源企业。企业在不断发展的过程，由于信息的流通性不强，企业各部门协作能力差，在加上企业的工程企业分为若干个子公司，更突出了消息闭塞，协作性差，办公效率不高，企业办事的审批效率差等因素，企业很大一部分业务需要人工来统计数据，在统计后的数据的基础上再进行制定经营策略，效率和失效性都很差，在如今的社会，更晚制定出经营策略意味损失更多的利益承担更大的风险。 针对上述问题以及电力企业的实际情况，本文以电力企业信息的管理为背景，提出了一套给予B/S架构的电力企业文档信息管理系统，并详细阐述了该系统的设计与实现。本系统以Wind...; As the consumption of energy increased, all countries are starting exploring the development and usage of new energy.
