| 英文摘要 | 迎来二十一世纪以后，信息技术水平不断提升，越来越多的教师将信息技术引入到自己的教学中。因为借助于计算机和网络技术，教师可以得到更加广泛的教学设计和课件资源。然而进行资源搜集时，由于软件和资源的驳杂性和复杂性，导致教师进行备课时难免遇到各种问题，不但无法提高备课效率，反而浪费了极大的精力和时间。造成这些问题的主要原因在于高校内部没有一套属于自己的教案管理系统，便于教师进行查询和备课。 本文对目前电子教案管理问题进行分析，根据建设需求，应用软件工程的方法，设计并实现了一套适合高校电子教案管理特点的教案管理系统，将有效的提高管理水平。本文针对存在于电子教案管理环节中的不同问题，包括了相关流程缺少标...; With the new era coming in the 21st century, information technology has made the rapid progress and is improved further.
