| 英文摘要 | 计算机管理是公安机关走向科学化和现代化的明显标志，使公安机关日常执法办案、内部队伍管理等方面均实现了网络化、信息化；通过公安局人事管理系统查看民警职工的基本档案、考勤信息、薪酬信息、岗位变动等等信息，使公安机关队伍管理更加方便、准确、快捷，同时节省了不少成本。 本文开发的公安局人事管理系统，是在当前公安局人事管理工作的基础上，针对公安局人事管理工作的实际需求进行分析而设计的。本系统基于C/S模式开发，并根据公安局的实际情况，采用了数据同步技术，以实现本地数据与远程数据实时同步，有效减少了远程调用，降低网络的负担，使数据本地安全化。 该系统主要分成6个子系统：用户登陆模块、人事档案管理模块、...; This computer management system is a symbol for the public security authority to be on the way of scientific and modernized management.
