| 英文摘要 | 目前石油企业备件管理现状是种类众多、库存结构不合理、大量长久无动态库存等问题。备品备件采购储备和管理方式，大多是根据个人经验和厂家指导意见而定，还比较欠缺运用数学模型解决生产中的备件采购存储问题。一方面很多备件库存长久无动态无消耗，另一方面生产中却经常出现缺备件现象。基于上述问题，需要通过对储备定额的研究寻找一种有效途径解决问题。 本文针对石油企业备件储备定额的研究成果，设计开发备件储备定额管理信息系统。基于J2EE架构的储备定额管理信息系统有效解决了这些问题。系统主要有几个功能：1）遴选物资储备定额的品种。2）分析物资消耗规律，建立物资需求预测模型。3）制定物资储备定额，对储备定额实现动态...; Currently oil companies is that a wide variety of spare parts management , inventory structure is irrational , there is a stay inventory and other issues.
