| 英文摘要 | 随着信息技术的发展与管理思维的创新，有效的项目管理正取而代之成为企业赢得竞争优势的重要源泉。促进重点项目管理的发展，就必须做好企业信息和政府业务的信息化管理。这就要求将企业信息资源和政府业务内容重新整理、整合，建立统一的项目管理和信息沟通机制，促进传统的工业项目管理向现代信息化管理的转变。建立统一的项目管理平台，平台的功能必须保证能提供良好的信息接口、及时的信息获取、处理、反馈能力和完整的信息表现。 在此基础上，对系统进行了需求分析，构建了基于B/S平台的重点工业项目管理信息系统，实现了企业信息管理、项目申报管理、项目汇总、流程监控、统计分析管理、和系统维护管理等功能。 系统建设按照“以管...; With the development of information technology and innovative of management thinking, others ways are replaced by effective project management which is becoming an important source for enterprises to gain a competitive advantage.
