| 英文摘要 | 随着信息产业的迅速发展，通信技术、网络技术、智能决策技术被应用很多领域。会计界对运用信息技术进行会计管理信息化开展了许多的探索与实践，这些研究对完善和丰富会计管理理论和实务的内容，推动了会计人员管理信息化进程。 本文设计的系统的体系结构采用三层架构，编程语言为C#，后台数据库选择的是SQLServer2008数据库，数据库的连接方式使用的是JDBC方式，系统的集成开发环境为VisualStudio2010。系统使用了模块化的设计方法，对系统的各个功能模块进行了设计。系统在功能模块上被划分为证件管理、人员注册变更调转、继续教育管理、奖惩记录、查询分析和系统管理模块。同时，本文还完成了对数据库概...; With the rapid development of information industry, communication technology and network technology and intelligent decision-making technology are applied in many fields.
