英文摘要	随着科技的发展以及计算机的广泛应用，各种管理软件已成为我们生活中不可缺少的一部分，人们不再拘泥于简单的人工操作、记录，而改为用计算机管理日常工作了。对于像联通公司这样的大型国有企业，人事管理的相关内容及信息量不断增加，传统的人事管理依靠人工进行工资管理不但显得力不从心，而且极容易出错，在企业日常管理中使用计算机实现对人事工资的管理将会大大提高事务处理的工作效率，因此急需开发一种软件系统用于支撑相关工作。目前数据库已成为我们身边随处可见的管理系统，这就为开发相关软件程序提供了基础，本课题主要采用自上而下的结构化程序设计方法与面向对象方法相结合的方法，研究和开发公司人事工资管理信息系统。在理解软件工程的思想和数据库理论指导的基础上，大量查问相关书籍以及学习前人经验后，在对整个系统进行分析、研究后，设计并建立数据库。整个系统完成人事、工资管理的全过程，包括新进员工加入时人事档案的建立、职位的变动引起员工基本信息的修改、员工信息查询、统计等人事管理工作以及员工工资的新增、员工工资修改等工资管理工作。 本系统结合实际的人事、财务制度，经过实际的需求分析，采用功能强大的Delphi 7.0作为开发工具，Microsoft SQL Server作为数据库的类型编辑而开发出来的单机版人事工资管理系统。把公司员工的各种信息录入，以供查询修改等，整个系统完成人事管理、工资管理、系统维护及查询等的全过程，用简洁明快的界面展现出来，使操作简单可行，达到理论与实践相结合。; With the development of science and technology as wellas the widespread use of computers,all sorts of management software has becoming essential part in our life. Rather than get bogged down in the simple artificial operation, records, peple prefer to use computer management in their dailywork. Large state-owned enterprises such as China Unicom, personnel management and the amount of information is increasing, the traditional personnel management to rely on artificial wage management not only appeared to be inadequate, and very error-prone, using a computer to achieve the wages of personnel in the day-to-day management of enterprisesmanagement will greatly improve the efficiency of transaction processing, and the urgent need to develop a software system used to support related work. The database has become the management system can be seen everywhere around us, which provides the foundation for the development of related software programs,This subject will mainly combine the top-down structured programming method with object oriented method to do some research and to develop company personnel salary management information system.Based on the understanding ofthe concept in software engineering and the guidance of database theoretical, I have looked up a large number of related books and learned about some previous experience.After that I analysed.The whole system, to design and build database. The whole system covered the whole process of management personnel, wages, including the establishment of the personnel file when the new employees join , the change of position by employees of the basic information modify, employee information query, statistics personnel management and salary management changes. This system combined the actual personnel system with financial system, through actual needs analysis, using powerful Delphi 7.0 as a development tool, Microsoft SQL Server as the type of database ,to developed editor light engine version of the personnel salary management system. It can record all kinds of information about employees for inquires the modification, etc. The whole system accomplish the personnel management, salary management, system maintenance and the whole process of the query etc. the system can be shown in a way of terse and lively .
