| 英文摘要 | 《战国策》的论证问题，至今仍是《战国策》研究中的一个重要课题。长期以来，学界对于《战国策》的研究多集中在其论辩艺术和论辩技巧等方面，尤其是《战国策》中良好的论证，有关《战国策》不好的论证的分析多侧重于其中的用词歧义部分，至于其他谬误类型的系统化研究则鲜有问津。因此，本文拟从现代逻辑非形式谬误视角出发，借鉴前人的研究成果，系统地梳理并分析《战国策》一书中存在的非形式谬误。通过对文本的仔细阅读及分析，笔者现从《战国策》中梳理和挖掘出关联性谬误、弱归纳谬误、预先假设谬误三大谬误类型，基于此而展开深入地探讨与阐释。本文共分为两大部分：第一部分，首先阐明了本文的研究缘起及研究对象，在梳理整合相关文献后进...; Argumentation in is still one of the most important topics in the research upon this classic work.
