英文摘要	中国政府白皮书作为中华人民共和国国务院新闻办公室发布的关于国计民生的公文性文件，在其仅有的中英文两个版本中，英文版是国外解读中国政策的重要文件。本文运用语言学理论，针对中国政府白皮书原文和译文的语篇结构进行对比分析，希望可以发现中国政府白皮书的语篇构建规律和翻译策略，为其他政治语篇的撰写和翻译提供借鉴。 本文的理论基础是韩礼德（Halliday）的主位结构理论和捷克语言学家丹尼斯（Danes）的主位推进模式理论，同时还借鉴了国内外其他语言学家的理论成果，比如弗斯（Fries）、黄国文教授和黄衍教授等。本文主要包含以下几部分： 第一章是绪论。介绍选题的背景、研究意义；介绍主位模式应用的研究现...; ABSTRACT White Papers of the Chinese Government, a document published by The State Council Information National Office of People’s Republic of China, is vital to national well-being and the people’s livelihood.
