英文摘要	摘要 “理性的事实”概念是康德实践哲学中的核心概念。它涉及到康德实践哲学中的道德法则、道德法则的意识、纯粹实践理性的客观实在性、自由的客观实在性以及知性世界概念的客观实在性。康德在《实践理性批判》中用“理性的事实”概念取代《道德形而上学奠基》中道德法则的先验演绎来确立纯粹理性在实践方面的客观实在性。学界对此存在着争议：“理性的事实”概念能否可以确立纯粹实践理性的客观实在性？本文着重考察了“理性的事实”概念的由来、以及“理性的事实”概念的内容，从而对“理性的事实”概念取代道德法则的先验演绎的合理性做出了解释。此外，“理性的事实”、道德法则的意识与道德法则三者之间的内在关系也是学界争论的焦点；笔...; Abstract The Fact of Reason is the core concept in Kant’s practical philosophy.
