英文摘要	证据基本概念研究是证据基础理论研究的基石内容，在清晰明确的证据概念基础上进行学术研究能使讨论焦点明确、论述清晰，能促使案件审理判决更加符合理性。证据概念的细化和明晰是证据基础研究的重要内容，无论在理论探讨和司法实践中基础概念的地位都极其重要。文章提出和论述了明晰的证据基础概念，力图减少、清除模糊不清或交叉混淆的概念，指出证据作为论证的依据与论证本身在案件处理中应当不可偏废。 本文从分析证据定义开始，从动态的角度，以案件处理的时间顺序将证据细化为证据材料、证据事实、证据语句和证据命题，提出证据材料和证据事实、证据语句和证据命题是证据研究的基础概念，进而从逻辑哲学的“真”理论对这四个基础概念深入...; Research of basic evidence concept is the core of the evidence based the oretical study.
