英文摘要	随着1997年香港回归大陆，“后九七”香港/内地合拍片逐渐成为两地电影的主潮已经是一个显在的事实。本文运用电影理论，采用史料文献等内容分析和个案研究的方法，梳理了“后九七”香港/内地合拍片的发展历史，并以1997年至2012年十五年间具有示范意义的“后九七”香港/内地合拍片个案为例，分析造成“后九七”香港/内地合拍片的内在症结的原因。文章还探讨了与经典香港电影相比，“后九七”香港/内地合拍片也让香港电影逐渐丧失了其异质性，并分析了造成这种状况的深层原因。 尽管如此，仍有一批香港电影人在与内地合拍的过程中，既保留了香港电影的特质，又获得了内地市场的认可，他们的成功无疑给“后九七”香港/内地合拍...; Along with Hong Kong was hander over to China, it's a remarkable fact that post 97' HK/Mainland co-production has became the mainstream of Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland films.
