| 英文摘要 | 禅宗自由观是禅宗宗旨的体现，其追求的终极目标就是“了生脱死”。本文从禅宗“不立文字，教外别传，直指人心，见性成佛”的根本宗旨出发，运用心性论诠释范型展开对禅宗自由观的研究。 禅宗自由观依据佛教第一义谛而建立，其主旨是“心性本来自由”、“心性当下自由”和“心性究竟自由”。“心性本来自由”是本源意义上的心性本来自性清净的独有自由；“心性当下自由”是意识觉知心对于心性本来自由的当下顿悟式证取；“心性究竟自由”是众生自觉心性之智识不二的自在境界。禅宗的这种自由，涵摄了觉观自由、色身自由、生死自由、功业自由、果报自由和言说自由等六个方面。自南北朝到宋代的禅宗史表明，禅宗自由观史就是“唯传一心”的本心自...; The Value of Freedom of Chan Buddhism reveals the tenet of Chan Buddhism.
