| 英文摘要 | 以往学者研究抗战初期的中国海关问题时，多从日本如何侵占中国海关入手，旨在谴责日本帝国主义的侵略行径，而较少注意国民政府及英、法、美等国政府的应对机制与策略，并且对于交涉过程的叙述大多比较简略。本文通过运用英、美外交档案及中国海关档案资料，对抗战初期围绕中国海关问题，中、日、英、美、法等国政府所进行的复杂的利益博弈过程，进行详细的专题探究。通过对各方围绕中国海关问题进行交涉过程的详细考察，笔者认为： 在侵占沦陷区中国海关的过程中，一方面，日本军方以武力向中国海关当局施加压力，逼迫其屈服；另一方面，日本政府以确保英、美、法等国在中国海关的利益为诱饵，引诱英美法妥协。日本军方与日本政府共同联手，“...; The scholars who studied the Chinese Maritime Customs issues in the early Stage of Anti-Japanese War in the past mostly emphasized how Japan to occupy the Chinese Maritime Customs to condemn the aggression of Japanese imperialism, and less attention to the National Government, Britain, French, United States and others’ coping mechanisms and strategies, and neglected the negotiation process.Through...; 学位：历史学硕士; 院系专业：人文学院历史学系_中国近现代史; 学号：10320081152319 |
