| 英文摘要 | 秦汉时期的“华夷之辨”不仅存在于时人的思想观念中，其亦对现实当中人群与地域的华夷身份辨别产生作用。当时社会上存在有地域、文化、政治、族属四类华、夷区分标准；在秦汉“天下”体系内，不同地域、人群在身份、地位等诸多方面差异显著，“万里同风”、“远近如一”在当时只是一种理想或口号，有层次的“天下”、有差别的“政区”才是社会之现实，此为不同人群在各种情境下相互结合或分裂成新的群体提供了可能。以上两方面的影响，使得秦汉社会有着多种判断人群及地域华夷身份的华夷边界，且各种边界分别具有不同的凝固性与开放性，其存在及特征直接影响着现实中各族群间的身份判别与彼此互动。 此外，华夷边界的内在复杂性致使秦汉时期作...; In QinHan Period , “The distinction between Hua and Yi” not only exists in the ideas of the people, but also has an effect on distinguishing “HuaYi ” identity which is a reality to the population and region.
