| 英文摘要 | 内容摘要 本文主要是对儒家的礼法思想对中国古代法制建设的影响及其得失进行了系统的论述，其中囊括了儒家的礼法思想、中国古代法律的儒家化等内容。本文共分四章对这一论题进行阐述： 第一章：绪论。这部分交代了选题的缘由及意义，本章重点是对前人对于儒家的礼法思想的研究作了综合性的叙述，在本章最后，对于儒家礼法思想对中国法制建设的得失的研究的现状提出问题，并在以后的章节中力图解决这些问题。 第二章：儒家礼法思想的两大精神。本章从儒家思想中的礼的思想和法的思想入手，探讨儒家礼法思想中的两大精神，即宗法伦理精神和德主刑辅精神。 第三章：中国古代法律儒家化历程及其影响。本章从儒家思想中的礼法思想的相互联...; Abstract This paper is about The Confucian Rites Thoughts on ancient legal system of china and its effect ,which includs The Confucian Rites thought, the Law Confuciannizaion of Chinese legal system and so on.
