| 英文摘要 | 医疗体系探讨是医学人类学研究的重要内容，ArthurKleinman提出将医疗体系做专业、民间与大众的划分，为跨文化的比较研究提供了思路。本文借助此分类研究方法，以北川正河村田野调查资料为基础，分别从专业的西医、中医实践，多元的民间治疗方式与广泛而深入的草药实践来呈现正河医疗体系；其中村人西医实践中的“说病捡药”，以及“中间人”的重要角色，为医患互动的探讨做适当补充；中医艾灸以“烧艾”形式存在于村人的记忆中，并作为大众化认知的一部分；大众医药以村人丰富的草药实践为主，并对草药采摘、处理、多样的运用做介绍，村人的草药运用可划分为日常运用、“小单方”、“土方”与秘方四种形式，此外亦对草药知识的性别...; Medical system study is one of the main concerns in medical anthropology.
