英文摘要	本文以巴达维亚华人公馆档案《公案簿》第三辑到第十辑为核心材料，对19世纪中叶巴达维亚华人公馆进行系统研究。文章认为，在19世纪中叶，巴达维亚华人公馆已经转化为荷印殖民政府管辖下的职能部门，但公馆仍属于巴达维亚华人社会的一部分，并在维系巴达维亚华人社会中起着关键作用。 本论文分为六部分。绪言部分解释了选题意义，并对相关的学术史进行了概括性回顾，最后说明了本文的研究内容、研究方法和框架结构。 论文第二部分对巴达维亚华人公馆的历史沿革、时代背景进行简要介绍，系统考察了19世纪中叶巴达维亚华人公馆的制度变迁和官员选举情况。作者指出，巴达维亚华人公馆的制度变革由荷印殖民政府决定，而公馆现有制度不能满...; This dissertation aims to analyses the Chinese Council of Batavia during the mid-19th century, based on the “Gong An Bu” series vols3—10.
