| 英文摘要 | 军人政体在国际政治学界多被归入威权政体，因为采用“官僚—威权”主义统治模式，所以有关其统治的合法性问题也经常掩盖在威权政体合法性研究中而少有专门的著作论述。学者们论及军人政体，普遍认为其统治不具备合法性，但是却没有系统而清晰地阐明该政体的合法性问题，或者罗列出其统治合法性不足的具体要点。本文旨在解决以上问题，借助国家状态下的政权合法性理论逻辑、评价标准和评价框架，以比对研究方法，并兼顾军人集团自身特点，找到“军人政体统治合法性不足”结论的具体依据。 国家状态下的政权是政治权力结构最一般形态，其合法性理论逻辑和评价体系是包括军人政体在内的其他形式政权合法性研究的参照标准。在国家状态下，国家与权...; Military Regime has been mostly incorporated into Authoritarian Regime in international politics area due to the “Bureaucrats-authoritarian” ruling model it adopts.
