英文摘要	东南亚华人跨国公司是当今世界经济中的新兴力量，通过分析新加坡、马来西亚华人跨国公司的对外直接投资，可以了解其投资现状、特点、存在问题及发展趋势，为中国企业的发展提供启示与借鉴。 全文由绪论、第一章至第五章、结论等七个部分组成。绪论部分主要介绍了与华人企业跨国投资相关的研究现状、研究意义、相关概念和理论方法。第一章是关于华人跨国公司对外直接投资的背景分析。第二章论述了华人农业（包括农产品加工业）跨国公司在东盟、中国和欧洲等地的投资状况，华人农业跨国公司的发展前景及其对中国企业的示范效应。第三章介绍了制造业领域的华人跨国公司，对新加坡、马来西亚华人制造业跨国公司进行了比较分析，并指出了华人制造业...; Southeast Ethnic Chinese Transnational Corporations（TNCs） is the emerging force in the world economy.
