| 英文摘要 | 民国建立之初，福建海洋航运业基本为外轮所控制。厦门港成为福建的航运与对外贸易中心，以英国为首的外国轮船企业占据了厦门港航运业的主导地位，特别是远洋航运业少有华商涉足。与厦门港相比，福州港的航运业发展一定程度上受到当地政局变化的影响，但华商轮业在福州港取得了较大发展。三都澳自建关之始就作为福州港的外部港口，且附属地位一直未能改变。南京国民政府建立后，福建省政府加强了对航业的监督管理，福建海洋航运业呈现出良好发展势头，1929－1931年成为福建航运业最为兴盛的时期。但是，由于受“九·一八事变”，以及台湾海峡猖獗的走私活动等因素影响，福建海洋航运业呈现下滑之势。抗战爆发前，外国航运企业在福建仍占据...; After the foundation of the Republic of China, Fujian marine shipping industry was still under the control of foreign force.
