英文摘要	近年来，我国OFDI发展迅速，截至2012年底，在我国境外设立机构进行OFDI的境内企业已到达1.6万家。这些境内企业共在全球179个国家（地区），设立2.2万家OFDI机构。母国与东道国制度距离的差异会对我国OFDI区位选择产生影响，并且这种影响会存在行业的差异。因此，本文研究目标是在于借鉴前人对于“制度距离”的研究的基础上，将我国OFDI企业按照行业进行分类，利用实证探究影响我国OFDI的制度因素可能存在的行业的差异。 本文首先对国内外关于制度距离影响OFDI的文献进行了回顾，并对国内外关于制度距离维度划分以及测度的相关文献进行了整理归纳，以此建立关于制度距离影响我国OFDI区位选择的理...; With the fast development of Chinese OFDI, there have been about 22,000 enterprises overseas in 179 countries and regions established by 16,000 Chinese investors by the end of 2012.
