| 英文摘要 | “三元悖论”是宏观经济学中的一个著名论断，它阐述了一国货币政策独立性、资本自由流动、固定汇率制度三者之间存在的内在矛盾，三个政策目标只能实现其中的两个，即在资本自由流动的情形下，要保持货币政策的独立性，就必须实行灵活的汇率制度。然而，随着全球金融一体化的发展，由世界主要经济体引导的全球经济金融周期对新兴市场国家货币政策独立性的影响日益显著，即便是实行灵活汇率制度的国家，在资本自由流动的情形下，货币政策的独立性也面临挑战，由此出现了“二元悖论”的观点。“二元悖论”认为，在全球金融一体化的背景下，即便采取灵活的汇率制度也无法保证货币政策的独立性，除非对资本流动实行管制。本文通过采用13个新兴市场国...; The theory of "Trilemma" is a famous thesis in macroeconomics, which explains the inherent contradiction among the monetary policy independence, free mobility of capital, and fixed exchange rate regime.
