| 英文摘要 | 随着我国经济的飞速发展，区域一体化趋势在一些地区日渐显现,涌现了大批城市群、都市圈，同城化战略也应运而生、遍地开花，“厦漳泉”同城化就是在这一背景下发展起来的。同城化战略力求在不改变行政区划的条件下，促成毗邻城市的经济融合。而正因为行政区划并未改变，各地方政府间不可避免存在利益分歧，从而产生税收竞争。过度的地方税收竞争不仅造成政府财政收入减少，可能影响政府对公共产品的供给和正常职能的履行，也大大削弱了同城化的积极效应。然而，目前我国经济理论界对这一问题的研究较少，实践部门对同城化下地方税收竞争呈现的新特点及其影响重视不足，缺乏全面、客观的评价和有效的应对举措。鉴于此，本文对同城化趋势下地方政府...; As the economy of China develops rapidly, the tendency of regional integration prevails in some districts.
