英文摘要	社会资本体现为社会组织中的网络、信任和规范，本文从信任规范和网络两个角度对社会资本的概念进行了界定，并将其概念操作化为四个具体指标：互联网使用率、非政府组织数量、企业家政治地位和兼任为董事的公司数量，将社会资本纳入到企业绩效的影响因素中进行讨论。并从董事会、管理层、股东、会议四个维度选取指标，构建了上市公司治理水平指数，并分析了公司治理水平同企业绩效之间的关系。之后采用多元层级回归模型，实证分析了社会资本、公司治理水平和企业绩效三者间的相互关系以及公司治理在社会资本和企业绩效关系中的中介效应。结果显示，社会资本总体上同企业绩效呈现正相关关系，其不同的替代指标和企业绩效表现出不同的作用关系和显著...; Social capital reflect the trustness,eciprocity and norms of the social organization, the concept of social capital has been defined from the perspective of norms and networks in this article, we defined social capital into four specific indicators: Internet usage, the number of non-governmental organizations, political status of entrepreneurs and numbers of companies serves as a director.
