| 英文摘要 | 供应链金融,这种新兴的融资方式，为商业银行拓展了新的业务和市场，也为各个产业，尤其是产业链条中的中小企业拓宽了新的融资途径。但，供应链金融所蕴含的风险也更为巨大，因为它不再以单个企业作为评价基础，而是综合考察核心企业的信用评价和物流监管企业运营情况对整条供应链上的企业进行授信。因此，在供应链金融迅速发展的背景下，正确分析其存在的风险问题具有一定的现实意义。 本文主要采用定性分析和案例研究相结合的方法，以核心企业的视角展开，从道德风险、操作风险等角度分析供应链金融的风险问题。首先，对供应链金融的概念、一般的供应链金融模式和扩展的供应链金融模式进行介绍；接着，重点结合笔者所就职的A公司开展的预付...; Supply chain finance is a new financing way for bank to expand new business and market, also for various industries, especially for the small and medium enterprises to broaden financing channels.
