| 英文摘要 | 进入21世纪以来，随着我国加入WTO和经济高速增长，企业“走出去”（OFDI）的规模迅速扩大，目前每年的流量已经与InwardFDI相当，逐步成为世界投资大国。2008年金融危机后，我国经济进入“新常态”，国内经济增速下滑、形势日益严峻，经济结构优化和经济模式转化进程缓慢。在此条件下，国家实施了“一带一路”倡议和“亚投行”战略，并发布《中国制造2025》白皮书，意在加快对外投资、促进国际产能合作和国内产业升级。本文基于价值链升级的视角，利用微观企业数据，试图研究我国企业OFDI对产业升级的影响。 本文首先进行理论研究，基于产业转移效应、产业关联效应和产业竞争效应分析OFDI对母国产业升级的影...; At 21st Century, China joins WTO and economy grows rapidly, and China’s Outward FDI increases rapidly, now the annual flow of OFDI is equivalent to Inward FDI.
