英文摘要	改革开放以来，中国快速的城市化进程，一方面推动中国经济增长，另一方面也出现了城市居民内部收入不平等、农业转移人口难以融入城市社会、“城市病”严重降低城市居民的幸福感等等经济社会问题。以人为核心的新型城市化道路需要我们将城市发展的焦点放在城市居民的客观收入和主观幸福上。本文从城市规模的视角，探讨城市化进程对城市居民的客观收入和主观幸福的影响。 本文首先梳理城市规模与居民工资溢价及其不平等、城市规模和婚配模式与家庭收入、城市规模与居民主观幸福感的文献，对中国城市经济发展特征、城市劳动力市场二元结构和城市居民主观幸福感进行分析提炼，分别将异质性劳动力和主观幸福感纳入到城市经济学的经典研究框架——R...; Since the reform of opening, the accelerating urbanization has brought the growth of economy.
