| 英文摘要 | 近期，中国牵头成立了亚洲基础设施投资银行、金砖银行等多边发展机构引起了国际社会对发展融资体系的广泛关注。国际发展融资体系发生了变化一方面反映了世界经济格局的重大调整，另一方面反映了全球对基础设施的巨大需求。基于该背景，本文着重关注发展融资对借款国经济增长的影响，并以此为依据探究中国是否有必要参与至全球发展融资体系中。 理论方面，本文从经济增长理论、FDI理论切入，分析发展融资在项目实施期间以及项目完成后通过提高借款国的资本存量、以及提升借款国的技术水平和区位因素的吸引力等途径促进借款国经济增长的理论机制。实践方面，本文分析了目前多边发展机构援助的总体概况，及其存在的问题，并以世界银行和亚洲开...; The establishment of the multilateral development banks led by China, such as the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, the New Development Bank, causes the extensive attention to the international development financial system by the international community.
