| 英文摘要 | 本文试图就我国企业海外并购的实际绩效表现进行研究，探索我国自加入WTO以来，我国“走出去”策略取得的实际成效。理论意义方面，在更细分领域以及新增分类标准上，对我国海外并购活动绩效进行研究、对比；现实意义方面，针对实证结果，提出更具中国特色的我国企业海外并购绩效建议，具备较高强可操作性与实践价值。 研究所选取的样本为从2001年1月1日至2011年12月31日完成的，交易额在100万美元以上的我国沪深Ａ股上市公司参与的海外并购事件。研究方法为因子分析法，并对各绩效综合得分进行均值检验与正值比率检验来比较不同分类下的并购绩效。 本文在提出六个假说之后，得出结论如下。我国企业海外并购中，总体来看...; This paper attempts to conduct a study on the actual performance of Cross-Border mergers and acquisitions (M & A), and explore how much success has China achieved since it joined WTO.
