| 英文摘要 | 我国人均水资源拥有量少，同时水资源分布不均、灌溉利用率低，传统的集体灌溉管理制度已经不能适应社会的发展。在这种水资源紧缺且利用效率低的情况下，参与式灌溉管理体制应运而生。然而，在我国，超过半数的用水者协会的运行并不成功。在诸多原因中，农户的参与度不高是阻碍协会有效运行的重要因素之一。 那么，农户的灌溉合作意愿受哪些因素影响呢？对于这个问题，现有研究主要集中在世行项目支持的大中型灌区，对其他地区的研究较少，而且鲜有研究涉及到地区之间的比较分析。本文将运用来自2014年430户农户的问卷调查数据，结合统计分析和回归分析、总体分析和地区比较、理论分析和实证分析，研究农户灌溉合作意愿的影响因素及其地...; Because of the fact that per capita water resource is small and the utilization rate of irrigation is low, irrigation problems are attracting more and more attention.
