| 英文摘要 | 2014年我国建筑业增加值占GDP的比重高达7.03%，所占比重达到改革开放以来新高。建筑业吸纳了近4500万的从业人员，从对GDP的贡献度和就业容纳能力两个方面来看，建筑业都是无可争议的国民经济支柱产业。在建筑行业的重要性日益提高的今天，对我国建筑行业的效率研究越来越具有理论意义和现实指导意义。 本文在已有文献的基础上，对效率评价方法作了详细的对比分析，结合我国建筑行业的发展现状和特点，选择数据包络分析方法对我国2004-2013年建筑行业的效率水平进行正确评估和合理分析。首先，本文对研究背景和意义进行简要说明，在此基础上，系统全面地回顾了国内外关于效率评价及对建筑业效率评价的研究现状。然...; In 2014, the added value of China's construction industry constituted 7.03% of GDP, the proportion reached record high since the reform and opening up.
