| 英文摘要 | 全球经常账户失衡越来越多地受到学者关注。解释原因主要集中在“双赤字说”、“储蓄—投资缺口说”、人口结构说、“汇率操纵说”、“新布雷顿森林”国际货币体系、产业转移等方面，最近几年，金融发展和国际分工成为解释全球失衡的最新热点。本文从社会保障的视角另辟蹊径，研究社会保障制度对我国经常账户失衡的作用机制和传导路径。 宏观方面，社会保障的不足通过预期持久收入、当期收入分配、贫富收入差距等方面影响居民的消费储蓄行为，造成了我国高储蓄、低消费的独特经济结构，内需不足的情况下，经济发展以出口为导向，这造成我国的经常账户盈余。微观方面，社会保障的不足抑制了劳动力价格，廉价劳动力成为中国出口和加工贸易的竞争优...; Global Imbalance has been concerned more and more by scholars.
