| 英文摘要 | 融资租赁诞生于20世纪50年代的美国，我国于80年代引入融资租赁，2001年中国出现医疗融资租赁。医疗融资租赁在西方国家，尤其是美国，发展极其迅速，在民众的医疗卫生事业中发挥极其重要的作用。由于我国独特的政治体制和经济卫生条件相对落后，医疗融资租赁在我国的发展之路并不顺利。随着我国经济的增长和人口老龄化加速，人民对医疗服务的需求急剧提升，这些因素都急剧增加了医疗机构对资金的需求。医改的进行推动了我国的医疗卫生事业高速发展，但也产生了许多新问题。旧体制已无法满足民众的需求，看病难几乎成为民众的共识。仅靠政府的力量，无法解决这一难题，必须充分发挥市场的作用。融资租赁以其灵活快速便捷等特点，已经成为...; Financing lease was born in America in the 1950 s, which was introduced to China in the 1980 s, and medical financing lease was born in China in 2001.
