| 英文摘要 | 自2004年“用工荒”问题的出现以来，对于劳动这一生产要素是否到达了“刘易斯拐点”引起了学者广泛的讨论。可以说，对于劳动收入占比不断下降并处较低水平这一事实已经达成了共识。但是，绝大部分的研究都还是围绕于宏观和中观层面，在政策的探讨上也常常局限于注重初次分配的公平，强化二次分配的作用或开拓三次分配的途径等等，这显然忽视了企业这一经济主体对初次分配的核心作用，也忽视了资本所有者在企业的收入分配问题上处于决定性地位这一事实。本文通过分析A股制造业上市公司数据发现，在企业层面，我国劳动要素在初次分配中仅占企业整体所得的20%-30%，远远低于诸多学者从宏观上测算40%-60%的劳动收入份额水平。同时...; Since the emergence of “labor shortage” in 2004, the “Lewis turning point” has attracted scholars widely discussed.
