| 英文摘要 | 进入20世纪90年代之后，我国融资租赁业快速发展。融资租赁渗透率虽然与发达国家相比较还有较大差距，但总交易额已经升至全球第二位。近年来，我国各个地区对融资租赁业的发展也愈发重视。其中天津市计划在天津滨海新区打造世界融资租赁业集聚中心，而厦门市也将融资租赁业列为厦门自贸区十大功能产业之首。在利率市场化加速的大背景下，扩大直接融资规模、降低实体经济杠杆率已经成为大势所趋。从比较优势而言，在诸多直接融资工具中，融资租赁可以说是一个最为直接联系产业资本和金融资本的工具。大力发展融资租赁能够有效促进我国企业的技术升级改造，有利于产业结构的调整。相对应地，未来我国产业结构转型，基础设施建设需求提升以及金融...; After 1990s, financial leasing industry has rapidly developed in China.
