| 英文摘要 | 投资和融资活动是企业密不可分的核心财务活动。不同来源和不同期限结构的负债会对企业投资产生不同影响。在两权分离的现代股份制企业中，因信息不对称，追求自身利益最大化引发了代理冲突，进而导致了企业非效率投资。非效率投资的存在会降低企业价值，影响资源配置效率。 论文首先建立一个简化的二期数理模型，推导出企业负债的存在会限制非效率投资。然后选取2007—2013年290家已在深圳证券交易所上市的制造业公司为样本，以公司规模、股权集中度等为控制变量，实证分析了负债来源结构与负债期限结构对企业非效率投资的影响。 论文的主要特色在于从负债结构角度研究非效率投资，并借鉴残差度量模型，使用GMM估计进行非效率...; Investment and financing activities are two core financial activities of modern enterprises.
