| 英文摘要 | 内容摘要证券投资者保护基金是一国重要的投资者保护制度，对证券市场的稳定发挥着至关重要的作用。由于各国和各地区证券市场发展的阶段和监管模式各不相同,证券投资者保护基金亦不相同。本文建立了一个证券投资者保护基金比较研究框架,首先介绍了美国、欧盟、英国、德国、爱尔兰、加拿大、澳大利亚、台湾、香港等九个有代表性的国家和地区发展证券投资者保护基金情况，接着分门别类地总结了世界证券投资者保护基金在立法、组织、治理、职能、筹资、赔偿等若干重要问题的经验模式，并揭示了蕴含其中的一般规律以及发展趋势。中国证券市场虽然是一个新兴的市场,但最近几年出现了投资者纷纷从证券市场撤资和大量证券公司倒闭的现象。为了保护投资...; ABSTRACT Securities Investor Protection Fund (SIPF) is an investor protection important system, and plays a key role in stability of securities market.
