英文摘要	世纪之交，我国的人口发展面临严峻挑战。2003年，人口安全的概念一经提出就引起广泛关注。本文针对现有人口安全研究多为定性描述，缺乏定量分析；多为概念框架研究，缺乏模型集成研究；多为宏观尺度政策规划性研究，缺乏中观尺度管理操作性研究的现状，展开了区域人口安全的系统评价与系统调控分析研究。在剖析人口安全系统的复杂系统特性基础上，本文构建了以复杂系统理论作为人口安全系统研究的认识论和方法论，以综合集成方法进行区域人口安全系统评价和系统调控的研究框架。建立了包括人口子系统、社会经济子系统和资源环境子系统的区域人口安全系统评价指标体系，从指标体系的目标适应性到数据采集的经济便利等方面表明，该指标体系具有...; At the beginning of this new century, our country is facing the serious challenges during the development of the population.
