| 英文摘要 | 目前，CGE模型已成为国外经济学界和政府研究机构普遍采用的政策分析工具之一，它在国际贸易、财政税收、资源环境及能源经济等政策研究领域已有丰富的应用实践。近些年来，国内经济学者逐渐采用和开发CGE模型来分析中国经济问题，在对中国经济政策变革的应用研究上已取得初步成果。但是，国内关于CGE模型的应用研究也还存在诸多问题。依笔者看来，这其中最为突出的问题便是已有国内研究往往忽视中国经济的自身特征，照搬西方文献的CGE模型或者模型建构的前提假设。比如，西方学者在构建针对发达市场经济的CGE模型时，一般会假设该经济体的厂商为完全竞争厂商，它们将按照利润最大化的目标开展生产活动。然而，中国的情况却未必如此...; CGE (Computational general equilibrium, hereafter) models have been extensively used by western research institutes and economists to assess the potential impacts of economic policy options.
