| 英文摘要 | 随着新制度经济学的日益兴起，对产权、契约等制度问题的关注正在逐渐成为经济学研究的“显学”。产权与金融发展存在显著相关性的实证研究虽然已经取得了重大突破，但是在确定其微观作用机制的理论研究层面仍然缺乏必要的理论支撑。本文是对产权与金融发展微观作用机制的一次有益探索，以转轨经济条件下的产权和契约制度为研究视角，重点考察了在中国金融制度移植过程中，地方政府行为、寻租型契约以及既有的国家产权约束对中国金融发展的影响。在对相关概念进行界定以及充分文献回顾的基础上，本文提出了一个基于中国金融制度移植与制度耦合特征的整体性分析框架，集中探讨了由计划经济向市场经济转型的过程中，中国金融制度面临的弱产权保护、金...; With the flourish of New-Institutional Economics, the research of institutional topics, such as Property Rights, Contract and so on, is becoming the popular research topic.
