| 英文摘要 | 杭州作为浙江省会，国家历史文化名城，国际风景旅游城市，长三角区域南翼的中心城市，有长三角其他城市无法比拟的特色和优势，但杭州城市发展亦面临着严峻的挑战和巨大的竞争压力，一方面国际城市竞争的压力加大，另一方面国内城市间的竞争也趋于白热化。杭州应在清晰的了解到自身的优劣势的情况下，积极制定政策，寻找合作城市，促进杭州的健康发展。 本文首先在借鉴已有研究成果基础上，结合区情实际、数据收集和处理的可操作性以及计量方法的选用选建了一套新的科学的城市综合竞争力评价指标体系，并对该指标体系查取了2007年的最新数据。本文运用灰色多层次评判数学模型对城市综合竞争力进行计量分析，通过MATLAB和EXCEL软...; Hangzhou has its own distinguished feature and strengths, for it is the provincial capital, national famous historical and cultural city, international tourist city landscape, south of the Yangtze River Delta regional central city.
