| 英文摘要 | 本文主要研究的是资本账户开放的条件问题。一国开放资本账户，可以获取资本自由流动带来的巨大收益，但是成功的或者说可维持的资本账户开放是需要具备一些条件的，如果在这些条件尚不具备的情况下盲目开放资本账户，大规模的国际资本自由流动会给开放国带来巨大的潜在风险，甚至导致开放国发生金融危机，产生严重的灾难性后果。因此，研究资本账户开放的条件问题，是一个具有重要理论意义和现实指导意义的课题。 本文首先对国内外文献关于资本账户开放条件的研究现状进行剖析和归纳总结，并指出了现有研究的不足之处，从而引出本文所要研究的问题，并提出了本文的基本命题：投资者法律保护是国际收支结构可维持性的决定因素，是资本账户开放的...; This paper focuses on the condition of capital account convertibility.
