| 英文摘要 | 过程能力指数是将过程输出与工程规格进行比较后得到的一个相对数，用于反映过程生产合格产品的能力。作为企业最广泛使用的统计过程控制工具之一，它在促进质量保证、降低成本以及提高顾客满意度等方面发挥着巨大作用。现在它已成为企业在发布其产品质量报告时的世界语，且尤其得到了管理层的青睐。 令人遗憾的是，目前过程能力指数的研究一味追求理论上的完整性，越来越脱离过程能力指数的应用性本质，造成的直接后果是：一方面，新的过程能力指数不断涌现出来，令人眼花缭乱；另一方面，对过程能力分析和评价中的一些难点和亟待解决的问题却鲜有人问津。由于缺乏理论指导，过程能力指数在应用中暴露出这样那样的问题，不能充分发挥其在质量管...; Process capability indices (PCIs) are intended to provide single-number assessments of ability to meet specification limits on quality characteristic(s) of interest.
