英文摘要	大量的研究表明了金融对经济增长的重要影响，但深入到金融结构（银行主导型与市场主导型）学者们却没有一致的结论。建立与经济结构相匹配的有效地金融结构体系对我国持续快速发展有重要意义。本文利用1994-2006年的中国各省区数据，通过面板固定效应模型对中国各省金融结构与其全要素生产率的关系进行实证研究，研究结果表明：中国近年来资本市场的发展对经济增长还是卓有成效的；随着各地区的进一步发展，企业平均规模较大的地区，TFP随着金融机构融资占比的增大而减少；同时市场化程度越高的地区，TFP随着金融机构融资占比增大而减少。由此，本文认为，各地区的融资结构应与处于该地区的企业规模以及市场化程度相适应。从长期看...; A great deal of studies indicated the significant positive influence of the finance development on economic growth.
