英文摘要	随着经济的发展，尤其是知识经济的到来，我国对教育的重视程度越来越高。在社会主义市场经济体制下，教育投资仍以公共投入为主导。我国教育投资长期短缺，1993年中共中央国务院发布《中国教育改革和发展纲要》，强调“增加教育投资是落实教育战略地位的根本措施。”那么，在教育投资总量不足的情况下，如何优化投资结构，使有限的投资发挥最大的作用，对于落实教育战略地位，促进经济社会发展无疑是具有重大作用的。 从文献检索来看，已有研究主要集中在教育投资总量与经济发展的关系上，缺乏对教育投资结构的研究。仅有的对教育投资结构的研究中，又以横向结构的研究为主，即研究教育投资在不同地区之间的分配。本文从资金配置的效率出发...; Along with the development of the economy, particularly the arrival of the knowledge-based economy, our country pays more attention to the education.
