| 英文摘要 | 随着我国产业结构调整不断深化，各种行业不论是在比重上、发展速度上、还是在对经济发展的贡献程度上都发生了翻天覆地的变化，相应的，不同行业对高学历人才的需求以及能够提供的工资福利水平上出现了明显差别，这就给我国的高校毕业生就业带来了一系列结构性问题。 由于经济结构和产业之间的关联问题，导致不同的行业对于高校毕业生具有不同的就业吸纳能力，有的行业增加投入可直接创造大量的就业机会，有的行业增加投入，虽然给本行业直接创造的就业机会不多，由于它会直接或间接消耗其他行业的产品，会导致其他行业或部门从业人员增加，这样不同行业吸纳就业的能力研究最终归结为行业相对就业潜力的问题。本文以经济增长为出发点，投入产出...; With the restructuring progress of industry structure deepening, there are great changes of all walks of life happening in the aspect of proportion,growing speed and the contribution to economic growth.
