| 英文摘要 | 住房是人类生活的基本要求，是社会的热点问题，也是关系到国计民生的重大问题，“安居乐业”，先“安居”后才能“乐业”。房价也是人们茶余饭后谈论频率最高的谈资之一。房价是住房供给和需求共同作用的结果，而其中住房需求的增长是拉动房价上涨的原动力，影响了房地产总体需求水平的提高。要想了解房价的变动趋势，首先要从住房需求的角度出发。影响住房需求的因素繁多复杂，既有宏观层面的政策因素、资本因素、人口因素、城市化水平等，又有微观层面的居民收入、消费水平、消费者心理预期等。本研究侧重于从人口因素角度对住宅需求变动进行分析。本文以福建省为例，利用福建省2000年的“五普”资料，《福建省统计年鉴》和《福建经济与社会...; Housing is a basic requirement for human life.
